This 1-gallon refill offers long-lasting, cost-efficient coverage for large areas or frequent cleaning. Ideal for remediation crews, HVAC technicians, and facility managers maintaining post-remediation air quality or preventing future buildup.

Formulated with Hypotonic Electrolytic Hypochlorous Acid (HE-HOCl), Superstratum™ Building Cleaner HVAC Mold Disinfectant breaks down dangerous mycotoxins, microscopic residues left behind after mold exposure, without leaving synthetic fragrances, dyes, or harsh chemicals. It is safe for sensitive environments including nurseries, hospitals, and pet areas.

How to Use

For Whole Home Fogging:
Pour the liquid into a ULV fogger and fog the room, focusing on ceilings and walls. Allow the overspray to settle on contents and flooring to oxidize potential mycotoxins throughout the environment.

For the Micro Clean Phase:
Refill your spray bottles and apply to porous or non-porous surfaces such as tile, glass, countertops, sealed wood, stainless steel, and more. Let sit for 60 seconds, then wipe with a disposable cloth.

Use after mold exposure or remediation, or incorporate into your daily cleaning routine for continuous protection. Always spot-test delicate surfaces, and air drying after application is recommended for best results.
