RamAir International 1-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage

RamAir International warrants to the original purchaser that the Platinum Air Duct Cleaning System & Decontamination Package will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the purchase date when used as intended.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in components included in the package, including the ClearView Vacuum Box Assembly, blasting balls, hoses, AirWhip, ball valve assembly, Air Gun, KickBoard Plate, Protective Case, Cyclonic PowerVac, vacuum hose, SaniJet Duct Sanitizing System, Zip Pole, Vacuum Plate, and other parts sold as part of the system. RamAir will repair or replace defective parts at its discretion.

Limitation of Liability

RamAir is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost income or business interruption. Some states do not allow such exclusions, so limitations may vary.

Transferability

Warranty is transferable if documentation is provided and RamAir is notified of ownership transfer within 30 days.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.


Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines). We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (depending on your financial institution).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting can take time)

  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@ramair.co.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
